I’m a 911 Survivor. I used to do volunteer work with KittyKind to help me get through Post Traumatic Stress Disorder as soon as I was able to leave my apartment in October. 
 
I stopped doing that because they took advantage of me by sending me home with lots of sick cats, making promises to pay me back for vet bills and then denying that they ever made those promises or that I ever fostered for them!  
 
I need to get the word out to others who have been taken advantage of by this group and to inform people about fostering animals, the pitfalls of taking home anmals without written medical information, and to this end, I’m making available to them proper forms for fostering (clear written agreements) that will protect them so that they don’t end up losing their savings to corrupt “rescue” groups like I did. 
 
First and Most Importantly:  Don’t let anyone coerce you into taking any animals home until you get this form filled out by the rescue agency with their proper signatures.  Oral promises do not hold up in court.
